Wines were presented by Jonathan Tonge on 22 March 2016. We tasted five wines with the meal: two whites, two reds and an Eiswein. Whites: Villa Wolf Pinot Blanc and Kaiserstuhl Weissburgunder 2013. Reds: Pousse d’Or Volnay Premier Cru Clos des 60 Ouvrées 2009 and Dugat-Py Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2005. Eiswein: Hopler Pinot Noir Eiswein 2009.
